Ingredients

  • 1​ ​cup​ ​plant​ ​milk

  • 3​ ​Tbsp​ ​chia​ ​seeds

  • 1​ ​Tbsp​ ​maple​ ​syrup

  • 1​ ​cup​ ​sliced​ ​fruit of your choice

Directions

  • Place ​​all​​ ingredients​​ in​​ a​​ jar,​​ secure​​ the​​ lid​​ properly​​ and​​ shake ​​well.
  • Place​​ in ​​the ​​fridge ​​for​​ 10​​ minutes​​ and​​ then​​ shake​​ again.
  • Return​​ to ​​the​​ fridge​​ for​​ another​​ 10​​ minutes​​ and​​ then​​ shake​​ again.
  • Do​​ this ​​until​​ it ​​has ​​formed ​​a ​​nice ​​thick ​​consistency.
  • Serve ​​with ​​in to ​​a​​ small​​ glass ​​or ​​bowl​​ and​​ add​​ your​​ favourite​​ fruit ​​on ​​top.
